About me

Don Frazier

Owner and Founder

In 2001, I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer- a very aggressive form. The cancer was stage 3, grade 4.  I was told I only had a 15% chance of living 1-3 years.  But, through God’s grace, I was able to endure 32 rounds of chemotherapy and 25 rounds of radiation as well as an 8½ hour surgery.  During the surgery, I was put on life support and they cut a third of my esophagus off and cut the top of my stomach off.  They did a thoracotomy across my back and put my stomach on the right side of my chest, sitting between my ribs and lungs.  In February 2017, as a result of pneumonia and having the stomach sitting on top of my lung, my lung collapsed.  The collapsed lung caused a void that allowed my heart to slide to the right side of my chest.   Both my heart and my stomach are on the right side of my chest, which limited my lung function.  I was hospitalized for 10 days and on bed rest for another 10 days!

As soon as I was released from the hospital, I started back on my training routine.  It’s been 29 weeks in a row, 3 to 5 days a week!  I have strong faith and a strong will to live- and I can help you, too!

My mission is to help people with no hope or determination to push forward and carry on- no matter what! Anything you do is 100% more than doing nothing! So don’t quit, and don’t give up

Because slow and steady is the way! Even if you’re not at 100%, consistency is the key!
