My main objective is to help people live a positive healthy lifestyle! To be able to live a full active life and not just exist. To be strong mentally and physically so they can meet any challenge life can throw at them! I wouldn't have been able to get through the iniquities such as cancer, viral meningitis, chemotherapy, radiation, bronchial pulmonary dysplasia and a collapsed lung if I wasn't strong in my faith and physically in tune with my body and positive attitude.
